Research studies on how designers use mental imagery
All of puzzles encourage the players to create a mental image prompted by the layout of the cards. This forms the basis of the puzzle. The sound track further instructs the player to solve the visual problem by making them rotate, twist, move elements to search for answers. These set of puzzles are based on several cognitive operations to be performed on the visuals.
