Leaving the conventional design approach of reducing cost, this project reframes the problem as affordable leaving, thus intergrating paid for services. The economy is based on reducing the cost of living through means like sharing services etc. There is also a clever mix of rental and ownership, where the occupant owns a larger space after a fix number of years.
